Stronger, More Uniform Weld Quality

SynQro™ applies ultrasonic energy from two synchronized sonotrodes to create uniform welds from both sides of the assembly. Quadro™ scrub motion technology directs molten material into the weld interface, producing stronger, smoother, and more consistent welds for improved electrical and mechanical performance.

Reduced Particulates and Extended Tool Life

Controlled energy delivery minimizes unintended friction, helping reduce particulate generation during welding. An integrated vacuum system removes particulates from the weld area, while optimized sonotrode design and welding dynamics help extend tooling life and improve long-term production reliability.
