The new Infinity™ Thermal line of heat stakers offers complete customization of critical parameters for plastic staking, swaging, and insertion processes, making it ideal for the most demanding production environments. 

It features a new graphical user interface powered by the proprietary iQ Explorer 3 software, an advanced thermal controller, SmartStack™ integration, and Melt-Match®, all designed to address common issues in thermal staking. With built-in advanced quality assurance monitoring, the Infinity™ Thermal line is fully equipped to meet your production needs immediately.
