Ultrasonic Packaging Systems

Two ultrasonic systems specifically designed for the packaging industry are the iQ EZ Stapler and the i220 ultrasonic bag valve sealer. The iQ EZ Stapler is a small compact module designed to weld blister/clamshell packages. The iQ Series i220 Integrated Ultrasonic bag sealer is designed for sealing valve bags. Both the equipment is designed to provide smaller footprint to the packaging applications

Ultrasonic Rotary Bonding and Sewing Systems

Whether you are looking for a bench top sewing operation or an in-line continuous solution our experts have the experience and systems to make your application a success. Dukane’s DDSM ultrasonic sewing machine is designed to utilize multiple ultrasonic frequencies. The DDSM contains two independent anvils for slitting and welding. By having two independent anvils anvil replacement costs are minimized and setup is less cumbersome than the single anvil solutions on the market.

Fabric & Film Processing Systems

Dukane UFF-1 slitters are drop in modules to integrate into new or existing automated systems. For those low volume applications that benefit from ultrasonic slitting and sealing Dukane’s UFF-2 hand held slitter is an economic solution. The UFF units slit and seal wovens, nonwovens and knitted fabrics containing at least 65% thermoplastic (synthetic) material.

Servo driven Ultrasonic Cut and Seal

Servo’s superior accuracy allows absolute distance control to +/- 1µ. The accuracy and velocity control of the servo provides unparalleled results. Melt-Match® technology allows for stronger seals with repeatability that cannot be matched by traditional pneumatic ultrasonic welders. iQ Servo provides single step cut and seal process to various film, fabric, and nonwoven materials. Ultrasonic eliminates material fraying and provides clean finish.
