SynQro Spout Sealing Module

Overview

The new patented SynQroTM technology enables dialogue between two ultrasonic generators to drive energy through two sonotrodes instead of one sonotrode and anvil. Therefore, when used in a spout sealing application, patented SynQroTM technology seals a spout or nozzle inserted in a pouch or container from both sides in a single step. Ultrasonic bonding creates a tight, uniform seal that is highly resistant to leaks and other forms of damage. Ultrasonic energy seals through product residues without damaging the seal and maintains product integrity. As a result, it is an ideal technique for spout-sealing applications typically used for packaging liquids or semi-liquids to prevent leakage or spillage during storage or transport
