Dukane’s Full Panel Elastic Strand Attachment with Ultrasonic Bonding provides manufacturers with a flexible and reliable ultrasonic bonding solution for hygiene manufacturing. The module supports straight, curved, and hybrid elastic strand configurations while operating in continuous or intermittent modes, allowing seamless integration into a wide range of converting processes.

Built on Dukane’s modular ultrasonic platform, the module utilizes 20 kHz and 30 kHz ultrasonic technology, iQ RAM rigid or RS Series rotary horns/sonotrodes, and iQ AiM™ generators to deliver precise, high-speed bonding performance. The design prioritizes durability, energy efficiency, and ease of operation through features such as wear distribution technology for extended tool life, multiple horn cooling methods, and a snap-back roller for rapid elastic refeeding.
