Having grown up through the ranks in our manufacturing environment, nothing excites me more than seeing our customers producing quality products by utilizing equipment Dukane designed and manufactured. Our team being able to assist manufacturers in overcoming their challenges, drives the enthusiasm in our organization, and me.

Having been a part of the Dukane Team for over 30 years it is exciting to see how Dukane has grown to meet the needs of today’s plastic joining needs.  Dukane has expanded it’s plastic joining portfolio and has the widest breadth of technology in the industry.  These industry leading technologies provide unique solutions for our customers and fosters and exciting work environment for our employees.

New Product Development has been my passion and my career path since the early years. At Dukane the engineering team never stops innovating. We find it very rewarding to see how our new products and ideas help our customers to solve their problems and achieve their goals.

Manufacturing our world class equipment and tooling to help our customers achieve their goals is the challenge we accept every day. It is very satisfying to have our customers return year after year as we grow together.

Having collaborated with many different departments at Dukane, I have learned that our greatest asset is our people. It has always been that way here.  I remember Jack Stone, who ran the company for over 60 years, saying the same thing. I am proud to be a part of an organization that has valued its employees and customers for almost a century.

It has been my privilege to be able to help develop Dukane expand around the world and develop into the global company it is now.  It has been a long journey spanning two decades, but a greatly satisfying one.  I feel real joy seeing the excitement of our team members as they work together, learn from each other, and collaborate worldwide.  It’s this great team work that allows us to provide the best products and support for our customers.

Dukane has been a great place to work for 100 years.  Our teams innovate together with congeniality and energy.  Annual traditions like the family picnic, employee recognition dinner, and local volunteering enhance those relationships. Dukane has always fostered an atmosphere of creativity and invention.  This enables us to push the boundary of our capabilities ever outward to develop custom tailored, innovative solutions to solve our customers ever evolving challenges.  This creative atmosphere is also the reason why I take pride in and enjoy the work I do today as much as I did when I started over 15 years ago.  It is also the same reason that my 30+ strong team of applications and tooling engineers all share the same passion that I do for this company.
