Automatic Unload/load station

Pick and Place servo-rotary multi-position, load and unload station has a pneumatic lift action and is designed to work with pass through or front load machines. The pick and place is internal machine mounted to the lower vibration tool allowing for flexibility of removal for manual welding applications. User friendly programming is accomplished through the vibration welders' standard panel view 700. The programmable servo rotary allows for part segregation of good and bad parts via selectable unload positions.

Conveyors

Indexing part conveyors with user-friendly features such as, programming through the standard panel view 700, are also available.

Adjustable Safety Switches

Optional Ergonomic Safety Switches reduce operator fatigue and help increase productivity. No tools are required to make the position adjustments. Robust aluminum construction. Available for all models of Dukane Vibration welders.

Vibration Weld Tool Cart

If safety, ergonomics and quick tool change over is important, than this cart is the answer. This unique cart is designed to hold vibration weld tools. The swivel casters with positive floor locks allow for quick, safe tool changeover. Tool changeover is made safe with positive tool storage locks along with a locking mechanism to the vibration welder. The tools slide on smooth collapsible ball transfers for ease of movement. Optional automatic tool recognition is available.

Vibration welding is a frictional bonding process for plastic components. Typical applications include Automotive lighting assemblies, glove boxes, spoilers, instrument clusters and cross car air ducts.
