Upgraded Ultrasonic Generator Provides OEM Solutions

Two upgraded versions of Dukane's DPC–I compact Ultrasonic Generator provide OEMs with cost–effective solutions. The enhanced ultrasonic generators have features normally found only in units costing much more such as automatic tuning and an auto–switching power supply. The DPC-I generator is designed for OEM markets where it is integrated into automated ultrasonic–welding machines used for continuous duty in automotive, food, and packaging applications. The combination of proven reliability, lower cost and extended warranty means you can meet your cost and performance goals better than with other available generators.

The DPC–I ultrasonic generator has two color displays for power output and system status, a system I/O connector for automation applications and a hinged panel for access to the amplitude control adjustment, signal test points and a custom programming connector. Comparable units have simple LEDs, exposed AC terminals and no programming interface. A remote amplitude control option that uses a standard 4–20mA interface is also available. The generator's universal power supply automatically switches to operate from 90–130 VAC or 180–260 VAC and has a built–in RFI filter. Competing units have a fixed–range power supply and require you to purchase a separate RFI filter. The DPC–I generators are available in either a compact vertical rack–mount or horizontal benchtop chassis. You can choose from the standard factory finish or have them custom finished with your colors and logo.

The generators come in ten power ranges from 100W to 2200W spanning the frequency range from 20kHz to 70kHz. They are designed and manufactured in the United States and backed by Dukane's expertise and application support team. The generators are CE certified and carry a 3-year North America Warranty.
